E-TEAM Uruguay News Archive 2008 Arrival

We arrived in Montevideo, Uruguay on a beautiful and sunny day. Since then, the weather has gone downhill, but not our spirits! We have spent the last two days painting at an elementary school right down the street from Iglesia Emanuel, our "home away from home." Jaime told us that the schools here are totally secular, so it has been a special opportunity for us and the church here to be able to serve them. We are praying that God will use us to open a door for ministry in this community. We have an exciting and busy two weeks ahead, filled with a couple of building projects, hot coffee, singing, playing soccer, and a lot of meat. Keep praying!! We love you!
