Missionaries Japan Ken and Judy Bailey The Journey Begins
As we prepare to return to the U.S. next week to begin stateside assignment, we have been thinking of events that have taken place in the last three years at the Kamifukuoka Church plant. We began with the church dedication in November of 2007. Since that time, two men have accepted Christ and been baptized, we have hosted an E-Team, had several outreach programs and special events, hosted the 50th Anniversary Celebration of FWB in Japan, participated in several joint church meetings, been priviledged to hear several guest speakers including national pastors and laymen, and have been encouraged by our church members. We appreciate the prayers and support that have been given to us in our twenty-seven years of ministry in Japan, and we ask for your continued prayers for our church as they transition in August with Dale and Sandra Bishop assuming leadership while we minister in the U.S. We will be serving as Missionaries in Residence at Hillsdale Free Will Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma and also traveling and speaking in several churches.
