Anthony and Lea Edgmon - as they work with Tim and
Kristi Johnson on the “Alpedrete Team”. They
are involved in various community projects in Alpedrete
and have met a lot of new people. The Grand Opening of
the "Centro de Encuentros" was December 18, 2005, so
they have celebrated their 5 year anniversary in this
work. They meet at the center for church services on
Sunday mornings, and have 55-65 attending each week.

Matthew and Brooke Turnbough

their ministry in the Villalba church, they have
developed a new ministry of social work among immigrants
in the area. Please pray that the new ministry will go
smoothly.
Other Mission Prayer Requests:
Villalba
church -
MAJOR PRAISE ITEM!!! After almost 20 years of
waiting, and 2 of those years in construction, the
believers in the Villalba church are in their new church
facility. Click here
to read in more
detail about this praise item and see pictures of the
entire construction process, as well as pictures of
their first service in the church on December 20, 2009.
Esperanza
church in Alcalá de Henares - Spanish Pastor José Manuel
Parrón, and his wife, Carmen, have completed seven years as
pastor of the Esperanza FWB Church in the city of Alcalá de
Henares, (started in February 2004). This is our second FWB
church in that large city of over 200,000 people. They are
averaging about 25-30 people each week and are now meeting
in a larger storefront facility that they rented in
November, 2010. They are trying to rent out or sell the
smaller location where they had been meeting. Pray that
they will reach many unsaved people with the Gospel in that
city.
Colmenar
Viejo church - Cuban pastor Juan Carlos,
celebrated their 6-year anniversary in September, 2010. It
was standing-room only, as they gave thanks for the
blessings of God on their church during this past year.
Their attendance has doubled in the last few months, as a
large group of gypsies have been attending faithfully. They
are having as many as 35 or more in services each week.
Alpedrete
church - It
is being led by missionaries Anthony and Lea Edgmon and Tim
and Kristi Johnson. They began having church services in
February, 2006, so they have celebrated 5 years in
existence. They are averaging 55-65 each Sunday and have
about as many children as they do adults. They are in a
very small storefront facility, and are bursting at the
seams, so they are actively looking for a larger facility
where they can meet.
